These Terms set out the rules for using the Wayfinder Easy-Way navigation app by people visiting the facilities where the app has been deployed, in particular hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, airports and other public spaces. This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. The technical operator of the Wayfinder Easy-Way app is DOT DOT sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Ludwika 17, 40-176 Katowice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0001246224, Tax ID (NIP) 9542909898, owner of the Easy-Way.io brand. 1.2. Wayfinder Easy-Way is a web application for navigating inside buildings. You can use it after scanning a QR code or through a direct link shared by the owner or manager of the facility.
1.3. The Facility Administrator is its owner or manager, for example a hospital, shopping mall or office building. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the content published in the app, in particular maps, room descriptions, point names and opening hours. The Facility Administrator’s contact details are available in the app footer or on the information boards within the facility.
1.4. DOT DOT sp. z o.o. acts as a processor on behalf of the Facility Administrator. This means it provides the technical operation of the app but is not the owner or controller of the content published by the Facility Administrator. To provide its services, the Operator may use other processors listed in the list of subprocessors.
1.5. Using the app is free of charge. Users do not need to create an account, register or provide their personal data.
1.6. The contact point for European Union authorities and the European Commission is the email address: [email protected].
2.1. The app allows users to view facility maps, indicate a starting location, search for rooms and service points, plan walking routes, browse information about the facility and use accessibility-supporting features.
2.2. Wayfinder Easy-Way serves a supporting function and helps with spatial orientation. The app does not replace the signage within the facility, evacuation instructions, safety announcements or other procedures applicable on its premises.
3.1. The app works in standard web browsers and does not require installing any additional software.
3.2. Access to the app can be obtained by scanning a QR code placed in the facility or using a direct link shared by the Facility Administrator.
3.3. Starting to use the app after reviewing the information about the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3.4. The app is adapted to work on both mobile devices and computers.
4.1. The Operator is responsible for the technical operation of the app, the security of the platform and the compliance of the related processes with applicable data protection law.
4.2. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published in the app, in particular regarding maps, room descriptions, service points and opening hours. It is also responsible for the compliance of this information with applicable law and the rules in force at the facility.
4.3. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of using the information provided by the Facility Administrator, for the temporary unavailability of the app caused by circumstances beyond its control, or for indirect damages or lost profits.
4.4. When moving around the facility, users should exercise caution and follow the applicable safety rules, regardless of the guidance presented by the app.
5.1. The app has been designed in line with the principle of data minimisation. Using it does not require registration, providing personal data or sharing precise GPS location.
5.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Wayfinder Easy-Way Privacy Policy, available in the app footer. The information required by data protection law is also presented in the relevant information notices.
5.3. The rules for using cookies are described in a separate Cookie Policy. The app uses only cookies strictly necessary for its proper operation and analytics solutions that do not require cookies. For this reason, users are not asked to consent to cookies through an additional window.
5.4. The data processing provisions described in the app’s documents apply where no separate Data Processing Agreement has been concluded between the Operator and the Facility Administrator. Where such an agreement has been concluded, its provisions take precedence over the general terms made available in the app.
6.1. The app is developed with digital accessibility principles in mind. The interface design provides a clear structure, appropriate contrast and suitable text sizes. Further improvements are implemented on an ongoing basis.
6.2. Detailed information on the app’s accessibility level can be found in the Accessibility Statement available at Wayfinder Accessibility Statement and in the app footer.

7.1. When using the app, users may not enter content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights or personal interests of others.
7.2. To ensure security, the Operator may apply mechanisms that filter queries containing unlawful content.
8.1. In the event of technical problems with the operation of the app, please contact the Operator at [email protected].
8.2. Questions about maps, room descriptions, opening hours or other information published in the app should be directed to the Facility Administrator, whose contact details are in the app footer.
8.3. For matters relating to the processing of personal data, you can contact us at [email protected].
8.4. Reports concerning the digital accessibility of the app should be sent to [email protected].
8.5. The Operator responds to reports within 14 business days of receiving them.
8.6. A complaint should include a description of the problem, the date it occurred, information allowing the situation to be reproduced and contact details enabling a response.
9.1. Polish law applies to all matters relating to the use of the app.
9.2. Users will be informed of material changes to the Terms through a notice or banner displayed in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
9.3. Consumers may pursue their rights before the court competent for their place of residence in accordance with applicable European Union law. They may also use the online ODR platform operated by the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9.4. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
