The Wayfinder app has been designed in line with the privacy by default principle. All navigation features work without the need to consent to optional cookies. The app uses only strictly necessary cookies and analytics that do not rely on cookies. This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. The technical operator of the Wayfinder app is DOT DOT sp. z o.o., ul. Ludwika 17, 40-176 Katowice, Poland, KRS 0001246224, Tax ID (NIP) 9542909898, owner of the Easy-Way.io brand, acting as a processor on behalf of the facility’s controller.

1.3. The app does not display a cookie consent banner, because it uses only strictly necessary technical cookies and analytics that work without cookies.
2.1. Cookies are small text files saved on the user’s device when using web applications.
2.2. The app may also use device storage to temporarily store accessibility settings and the selected route during an active session.
3.1. Cookies strictly necessary for the app to work are used on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 398(2) of the Electronic Communications Law, as they are necessary to provide the service chosen by the user.
4.1. The ew_session_id cookie is used to handle the anonymous navigation session and is stored until the session ends.
4.2. The ew_a11y_preferences cookie is used to store accessibility settings and is stored until the user deletes it.
4.3. The ew_csrf_token cookie is used to protect forms against unauthorised use and is stored until the session ends.
4.4. The app uses the Plausible analytics tool. Analytics data is stored within the European Union. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent user identifiers.
4.5. The app does not use advertising, marketing, retargeting, social, profiling cookies, or cookies used to track users across different sites or facilities.
5.1. Users can manage cookies in their web browser settings.
5.2. Completely blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause the app to malfunction or prevent the use of certain features.
6.1. All cookies are transmitted solely over an encrypted connection.
6.2. Session cookies are protected against unauthorised reading and modification.
6.3. Data stored in cookies is not combined with other data sources to identify users.
7.1. To the extent that data may be linked to a specific person, you have the right to access, rectify and erase the data in accordance with Articles 15–17 GDPR.
7.2. You also have the right to object to the processing of data for analytics purposes.
7.3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8.1. If cookies other than strictly necessary ones are implemented in the future, EasyWay will update this Policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism.
