This statement describes the digital accessibility level of the Wayfinder app. It was prepared in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 731). This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. The Wayfinder app is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 standard at level AA.
1.2. Some accessibility features have already been implemented, and further solutions are being developed and planned for future versions of the app.
2.1. The app has a clear information structure and a transparent interface.
2.2. The interface uses appropriate colour contrasts and legible text sizes.
3.1. EasyWay is developing features that support the digital accessibility of the app.
3.2. Planned activities include, among others, broader support for assistive technologies, a high-contrast mode and the ability to adjust text size.

5.2. The report should include a description of the problem and your preferred method of contact.
5.3. We respond to reports within 14 business days.
5.4. If resolving the problem within this period is not possible, we will inform you of a new deadline and, where possible, propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
6.1. If you are not satisfied with how your report is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the competent market surveillance authority responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements for products and services in Poland.
7.1. Wayfinder is a tool that supports moving around a facility.
7.2. The Facility Administrator may also provide traditional forms of information and signage independently of the app.
