This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the easy-way.io website, contact us through forms and sign up for our newsletter or informational materials. This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. The controller of personal data processed through the easy-way.io website is DOT DOT sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Ludwika 17, 40-176 Katowice, Poland, KRS 0001246224, Tax ID (NIP) 9542909898, owner of the Easy-Way brand, hereinafter the “Controller”.
1.2. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2.1. When you contact us using the contact form, we may process your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and the content of your message. The scope of the data depends on the information you choose to provide.
2.2. When you sign up for the newsletter or download informational materials, we primarily process your email address and any additional data you provide voluntarily, such as your name, company name or job title.
2.3. While you use the website, technical data related to the operation of the service may also be processed automatically, in particular your IP address, information about your web browser, operating system, device language, screen resolution and the source of your visit.
2.4. Analytics data is collected only after the user consents to the use of analytics cookies.
3.1. We process data provided through the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry and to carry on further communication related to the matter. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the contact.
3.2. We process data used to send the newsletter or informational materials on the basis of the user’s consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the provisions of the Electronic Communications Law.
3.3. We process analytics data in order to analyse website traffic, develop the service’s functionality and improve the quality of published content. The legal basis is the user’s consent given via the cookie banner.
3.4. Data may also be processed to ensure the security of the website, protect against abuse and fulfil obligations arising from the law.
3.5. The Controller does not make automated decisions producing legal effects in relation to users, nor does it carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
4.1. Access to the data may be granted to authorised employees and associates of the Controller who need it to perform their duties.
4.2. Data may be transferred to entities providing services that support the operation of the website, in particular hosting providers, email service providers, analytics tools, mailing services and technical support.
4.3. In justified cases, data may be made available to public authorities where such an obligation arises from the law.
4.4. We work only with entities that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. Where required by law, we conclude data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
5.1. To provide our services, we use external technology providers responsible, among other things, for website hosting, web analytics and sending emails.
5.2. This currently includes Vercel, Google Analytics 4 and Brevo, or their equivalents performing the same business functions.
5.3. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the mechanisms required by the GDPR are applied, in particular adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6.1. The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic and assess the effectiveness of published content.
6.2. The analytics tool is launched only after consent to analytics cookies has been given.
6.3. The Google Analytics configuration has been limited to the scope necessary to analyse traffic and does not include advertising features or additional profiling mechanisms.

7.1. Data provided through the contact form is kept for up to 3 years from the end of the last correspondence, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
7.2. Data used to send the newsletter is kept until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is cancelled.
7.3. Technical data related to the operation of the website is kept for the period necessary to ensure the security and proper functioning of the service.
7.4. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
7.5. If an agreement is concluded between the parties, some data may be kept for the period required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations.
7.6. After the relevant periods have elapsed, data is deleted or anonymised.
8.1. You have the right to access your personal data and to obtain information about how it is processed.
8.2. You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate or outdated data.
8.3. You have the right to request the erasure of data if further processing is not required by law.
8.4. You have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
8.5. You have the right to data portability where processing is based on consent or a contract.
8.6. You have the right to object to the processing of data carried out on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest.
8.7. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
8.8. You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
8.9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your data is being processed in breach of applicable law.
8.10. To exercise your rights, you can contact us at [email protected]. As a rule, we respond to requests within 30 days.
9.1. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or modification.
9.2. We use encrypted connections and solutions that ensure the security of our infrastructure and data.
9.3. In the event of a personal data breach, we act in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and applicable law.
10.1. The easy-way.io website is developed with digital accessibility principles and good inclusive-design practices in mind.

11.1. This Privacy Policy may be updated in the event of changes to the website’s functionality, the services used or applicable law.
