This document contains the current list of further processors (subprocessors) used by DOT DOT sp. z o.o. when providing Easy-Way services, including the CMS Panel and the Wayfinder app. The list is updated after each change. This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. Hetzner Online GmbH provides hosting and server infrastructure services for the CMS Panel and the Wayfinder app. Data is processed in Germany (European Union). No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place.
1.2. Backblaze Inc. is responsible for storing data backups for the CMS Panel and Wayfinder. Data is stored in the European Union region (Amsterdam). No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place.
1.3. Cloudflare Inc. provides content delivery (CDN) and infrastructure protection services. The services are provided globally. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, mechanisms compliant with the GDPR are applied, in particular the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
1.4. Plausible Analytics provides product analytics tools for the CMS Panel and the Wayfinder app. Data is stored within the European Union. No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place.
2.1. We inform Clients of the planned addition of a new subprocessor or the replacement of an existing one at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
2.2. Information about changes is provided electronically and through updates to this list.
2.3. The Client may raise a justified objection to a planned change within 30 days of being informed. The objection should be sent to [email protected].
2.4. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the Client has the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with its provisions.
3.1. Each subprocessor is granted access only to the data necessary to perform the services entrusted to it.
3.2. Hosting and backup providers may process data stored in the CMS Panel, including map files and data related to the operation of the Service.
3.3. The content delivery network (CDN) provider processes data only to the extent necessary to establish the connection and protect the infrastructure. Data is not stored permanently beyond the scope required to provide the service.
3.4. The analytics tools used by EasyWay operate in an environment with data residency within the European Union.
3.5. The data of Wayfinder app end users, in particular search content and location data used during navigation, is processed locally on the user’s device and is not transferred to subprocessors.
3.6. The user’s IP address may be processed technically to establish a connection to the service, but it is not used to identify a specific end user.
