DOT DOT sp. z o.o., owner of the Easy-Way.io brand, develops the Easy-Way CMS Panel in line with digital accessibility principles, good design practices and the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 731). This English version is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this document prevails.
1.1. The Easy-Way CMS Panel is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 standard at level AA.
1.2. Some accessibility-supporting features have already been implemented, and further ones are being developed on an ongoing basis.
2.1. The CMS Panel has a well-organised information architecture and a clear interface structure.
2.2. Messages and content are prepared in plain and understandable language.
2.3. The interface uses appropriate colour contrasts and legible text sizes.
3.1. In future versions of the CMS Panel, we plan to develop features that support digital accessibility.
3.2. Planned activities include, among others, fuller support for assistive technologies, a high-contrast mode and the ability to adjust text size.

6.1. If you are not satisfied with how your report is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the competent market surveillance authority responsible for enforcing accessibility requirements for products and services in Poland.
